  The stand was closed the last week for the Greek Festival.  They had just opened about 15 minutes prior to arrival.
   
   
  Menu: pizza (frozen mini's made to order in oven), hot dogs (165 F), sausage and peppers (precooked and being heated to order
  in oven since steam table is not up and operating yet), nacho cheese (142 F) (new machine-cheese bags put in and left in until
  empty-they use a bag in about 3 days), hot pretzel (made to order in oven), tropical snow, smoothie, ice cream, pop, coffee
  and prepackaged, non-potentially hazardous foods.
   
  Refrigerator @ 43F (by 3/1/08, all refrigeration shall be commercial and hold food temperatures below 41F)
   
  Quaternary ammonium tablets used as sanitizer.  Test strips are available.
   
  Thermometer available.  Gloves available and properly used.
